Sister moved there, 2,500 miles away, for love! Lives on Mica Mtn, which you can imagine looks awesome in the sunshine!! My youngest son went to visit her 3 years ago, fell in love with the area & has lived in Moscow ever since. We go out at least once a year ~ Beautiful country.
I had NO idea about eating off ground! Had a massive bull moose step out into road in Deary, Idaho last year, taller than our vehicle!! He was smart enough to stop, we swerved & everyone was safe! Never saw any babies on our trip. Thanks for sharing
this is how the moose eat off the ground...their legs are longer than their necks so they have to kneel. Mama was pulling apples off the tree and dropping them for her twins. In N. Idaho.
