Hi Dave! You're very welcome.
Wow!-That was a really different view! Thanks for the link!
You're welcome Niccolino!! I was happy to be on dry land!!
Looks mighty choppy to be boating on those waves! Thanks for posting.
Thank you Li. Yes, it's a great place to walk. The sights, sounds and scents are all good!!Thank you Dave! Yes, we can take some deep breaths! A while ago I posted some pictures I took in Stanley Park. I'm including a link to one that looks across Burrard Inlet to this seawall. http://www.jigidi.com/created.php?id=MASOWLYW
It looks like an invigorating walk and an interesting green building down the way.
I love the waves. I'd love to stroll along there. Thanks, Cathy.
Thank you Ank, Lorna, Suzy and Laurajane. It is a very popular place. So on a beautiful day it can be quite crowded. There was a terrible wind storm in 2007. The winds were gale force with gusts that were hurricane force. It threw water, rocks and logs at the seawall and destroyed parts of it. This section had to be rebuilt then.
Looks like a nice place to be, especially when it's hot here in Illinois.
Can imagine standing there, letting the spray from the waves hit me! A nice walkway for folks.
That looks a nice walk. I like the sound of the sea, as well as seeing the waves.
Aw this looks nice, I have my coat, and I like to see the waves.
Yes it is! Do you have your jacket?
A little bit windy, Cathy?
