Brighter Pic with Help from Adobe Photoshop 10

Sorry, I don't work on luminosity noise. I'm almost 82 and it was some chore just learning as much about Adobe Photoshop as I know now.

JEB - you may have wanted to work on the luminosity noise while you were at it. Brightening a photo often results in noise.
