There is a grave registry somewhere that has each headstone placement recorded. Check with them. A Boy Scout Eagle Project could be undertaken to clean up, and restore the headstones by utilizing the plot plan. I've seen the results of TWO such projects in Idaho. The OLD Veterans Cemetary in Boise and the Idaho City Cemetary in Idaho City, Idaho. The scouts did a super job!

yes, CM, it will take some thought, but I think I'd like to see them brought back up to the cemetary out of respect

yes very sad, I would love to see them all brought up and placed together, doesn't matter if where they belong, they just belong IN the cemetary, not over the side! they were scattered everywhere down the ravine!
