You're most welcome, Mountain. It really is a wonderland.
A very beautiful winter wonderland picture Thank I just love it
Me, too, Nicky! We don't often get snow, and never like these we're seeing tonight. I just love them, and beg folks to keep them coming! And just think, theirs are real; mine come from the internet! Thanks for stopping by.
This really is fantastic - I love it. I'm having a great time doing wintery landscape snow scene puzzles tonight!
Just looked for this highway and found: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M-119_(Michigan_highway) Also, I thought the number was familiar, except this evening I see on that photo that it says "M119 northern Lower Michigan." I think it was another "duh" moment for me. ; ) I didn't see that last evening when I wrote that I thought it was in the lower peninsula. I wonder if I was remembering seeing a road sign for this when I was in the Petoskey area this past fall with my husband and daughter. I'll never know.
Hah! Gemstone, that was hilarious! Now my husband, Mr. Home Improvement, would have bought that, even though Texas never gets more than an inch of snow about every few years! Thanks for a big chuckle!
Thought you might enjoy the following, Tex...just in case you do get your snow! LOLhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TDkabArjCQU
Good idea, Warbler! Thanks.
I'd be afraid to breathe. It might all fall off! Beautiful. Thanks for posting it Tex.
Mary, I knew you would! Thanks, RR, I bet so too. I spent several months for work in Montana in winter, and you had to breath through your mouth, because it would make your nose bleed! Now that's cold!
Breath-taking - literally tex!! Looks like it would hurt to breathe - but still a beautiful photo. Thanks.
Of course I love it.
Hey, Annie! I wouldn't want a boatload of it, but I'd like a winter with some snow in it. We need some cold weather to get rid of some of the undesirables, mosquitos & such.
The Credit says Lower Michigan but wherever it is, they can keep it! I'm with gene7439, I'm "sure glad I live in Florida." Thanks, Tex..............
Mimi, I'd like to try! Roseheather, I'm not sure where she was, but she had been in Nebraska, and it was the same. Thanks, Mimi, RH, Jan, Lauralyn, Silver, Angelbender, Patti & Kittenlove! I'm glad to see you enjoyed this as I did.
WINTER WONDERLAND......so pretty....I love it.
That's a beautiful photograph!
absolutely too beautiful for words.
Oh, my, I will have to look that up, really, really beautiful! I'm guessing that it is in the upper part of the lower peninsula. ; )
Wow, a gorgeous scene. Don't think our poor thin Southern blood could take it Tex, or is Texas blood different?
My niece sent me this, I think from a weather station. I wish I was there, well, for maybe a day! Thanks, Chookies, Chickie, Robbos & Gene. Robbos, sure glad you got away!
Sure glad I live in Florida.
