Me, too, Nicky! We don't often get snow, and never like these we're seeing tonight. I just love them, and beg folks to keep them coming! And just think, theirs are real; mine come from the internet! Thanks for stopping by.
Just looked for this highway and found: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M-119_(Michigan_highway)
Also, I thought the number was familiar, except this evening I see on that photo that it says "M119 northern Lower Michigan." I think it was another "duh" moment for me. ; ) I didn't see that last evening when I wrote that I thought it was in the lower peninsula. I wonder if I was remembering seeing a road sign for this when I was in the Petoskey area this past fall with my husband and daughter. I'll never know.
Hah! Gemstone, that was hilarious! Now my husband, Mr. Home Improvement, would have bought that, even though Texas never gets more than an inch of snow about every few years! Thanks for a big chuckle!
Mary, I knew you would! Thanks, RR, I bet so too. I spent several months for work in Montana in winter, and you had to breath through your mouth, because it would make your nose bleed! Now that's cold!
Hey, Annie! I wouldn't want a boatload of it, but I'd like a winter with some snow in it. We need some cold weather to get rid of some of the undesirables, mosquitos & such.
Mimi, I'd like to try! Roseheather, I'm not sure where she was, but she had been in Nebraska, and it was the same. Thanks, Mimi, RH, Jan, Lauralyn, Silver, Angelbender, Patti & Kittenlove! I'm glad to see you enjoyed this as I did.
My niece sent me this, I think from a weather station. I wish I was there, well, for maybe a day! Thanks, Chookies, Chickie, Robbos & Gene. Robbos, sure glad you got away!
