Where is this famous Blue Bridge?

I'm guessing it is some where along the US/Canadian border as it looks like a sightseeing boat with both Canadian and American flags on it. I woud guess maybe Washington state area or eastern Great Lakes area or St. Lawrence Seeway.

That's the blue bridge in Victoria, B.C. They are going to replace it.

Maybe if they moved the scaffolding we could see it? :)
