Tex, snow is equally nice but then soon it begins to bore.
It is sometimes not well sprinkled with salt and the sidewalks and streets very slippery.
In the winter of 2011, the Netherlands had not enough salt in stock.

Yep, pretty cold, but it's toasty in here, I have a fire going and am drinking hot apple cider. Next thing you know I'll be playing Christmas carols! I took a couple pix today for you, but have to wait till tomorrow. You won't believe it.
