Thanks Hanne. It is a pretty little thing & kinda funny, too. Only about a half inch wide & three quarters inch long. I had almost pulled it up before I realized what it is & that I had planted it awhile back & forgotten it. It took almost all summer to come up (one of my very few seed successes!) and just started blooming. I believe I did pull up some others thinking they were baby mulberry trees! The leaves are similar although these are infinitely smaller. So glad I missed this one............

The two photos on the right are there simply because I like the green leaves & tiny bud on the lower one, & my live oak tree in background on upper one! Hawhawhawhaw.............
