A little blurry, but I couldn't resist making a puzzle of these two.

Good morning Monica. Thank you.

You can definitely tell which one is the male of the pair, so much prettier! Thanks Sandy!

Awesome!!!

Actually, they stay here all Winter Suzy. They have been going in and out of the bluebird boxes and I see the female in this one has a piece of grass in her beak.

How far east chickster? Nice pair of byrds.

chickiemama

Ok, just to clarify. LOL At first I tried to crop this to make the birds larger, but when I did that, they were very blurry. So I left the pic the way I photographed it. I appreciate all your comments.

Thank you oddio, warbler, gnt, laura, tex and lyndee.

warbler, there is a next box only 30' away from this tree opening. I bet they will use the next box.
lyndee, I would send some to you if I could.

lyndee

I'm beginning to turn pretty green here with envy of all the beautiful birds you and Laurajane are posting. I don't live that far north of you.........where are my birds??????

texasstar7

I so wish we had these little lovelies. Nice photo, CM. Thanks.

laurajane

Don't see much blurriness. Cute little couple!

gnt1041

great pic chickie ....don't see any blurr here.....

warbler

I wonder if they would nest in that opening right behind them or if they need that specific hole size of a bluebird house box. I'm glad you made it a puzzle, Chickie.

oddio

If you say it's a little blurry, then it is, but I would not have noticed. :>) Another great bird photo.
