They are a lovely easy growing plant, the Councils use them here, on the roads sides, in every colour available, they make a wonderful show with their pretty flowers, Thanks Robbie.
KARLS we grew up chewing Oleander!!!! (Just kidding) thanks for the warning, we were always aware it was poisinous but used it for our bows, arrows, spears and got spanked with it!!
Thanks Hanne, glad you like them.
Yes I'm glad I can post these pictures on the new jigidi now Ardy, thanks.
These hedges are gorgeous. Years ago when we camped at Lake Mead in Nevada the campsites were separated by think oleander hedges. They were nice and thick like this and provided nice privacy. Thanks. Glad you could post this now. We need a touch of summer.
Thank you so much Robbie, you let me see the blooming oleander, I so much look forward to the spring. Yesterday it started freezing and the snow began to fall today, spring is still far away:-((
Thanks lyndee, chickie and Tex, they are nice looking. This hedge has been here many years and is maintained by Government workers. Trim yours at least once or twice a year Tex and you will have a nice looking hedge.
