... as depicted on a little Porcelain Plate. The line from the Mainland to the bigger, skinny Island (Sylt) is a Dam where a train will cross, mostly with a load of cars from tourists on board.

Oh, Kat, I'd love to see your Steiff collection !! Maybe you could take photos and share them with your jigidi friends ? Yes, Sylt is 'the' Island for High Society and the prices are reflecting this, too.
Niebuell, the little town on the mainland is were I grew up. You should see the expensive cars on that train going over to the island. There is a ton of money on every train just in cars.

Ah, a lovely blue and white porcelain dish. Due to the fact that I used to purchase a lot of my Steiff pieces directly from a seller in Germany, I have in my collection a black and white cow with "Sylt" written on its side and a little green tin with the same cow design replicated on its top. The Island of Sylt is a popular celebrity tourist destination, isn't it? It's supposed to be beautiful. Thank you for yet another terrific puzzle, Connie!
