Our summer weather is really kicking in Deborah. We are close to the coast here, so it doesn't get much over 36C (high 80'sF), & we are expecting that over the next few days + high humidity. Our storms are usually rain, lightning & thunder, maybe hail & sometimes damaging winds that bring down trees.
Just inland from us it's going to be even hotter - 40C. Will keep you posted...Thanks.
Rob, how hot is extreme hot there? Do you have air conditioning? I know that I don't do high heat and high humidity together at the same time...makes me sick! And what kind of storms? Rain, winds, both or what? I wish you well during all of it...please keep all of us updated!
Thank you :)))
We have storms predicted for Monday, but before that we have an extreme heat warning from the Weather Bureau. Our humidity is climbing too - which I'm not too keen on! Summer is definitely on the way!!
I know I'm bad, but wait till you see what I'm working on. I posted my puzzles, then signed off for a while to create a base with which to make some kaleidos. It took me over an hour to just create the base, so I'm back on Jigidi solving puzzles for a while. Then I'll take a break and work some more, then back. And so on, every evening. Can't do too much of one thing or I get burned out. What are you up to tonight? Are you ready for the Pineapple Express storms coming through? I saw on the national news that three or four massive storms are headed this way. Winds of up to 70 mph, lots and lots of rain, flooding, mudslides, trees down. On the local 11:00 news, they said the worst of it was going to go to southern Oregon and northern California, so maybe we won't be hit as badly as the national news said. One can only hope.
