Thank you muchly, Tweegan2! Yup. Baking is done... a blackberry cream pie, a pumpkin pie, and a very special apple pie. It is so satisfying to see three lovely pies sitting on cooling racks. Ha! I guess it doesn't take much to tickle me. :) I'm candying yams right now and will mix up a casserole before I'm done. I do a lot of early preparation so I don't have much to do tomorrow.
