It did, CM. I updated the Adobe Flash and deleted Chrome and I think I'm good to go now. If I could only type on this thing!!!

Thanks, Javasage & CM, I had a hunch Chrome was slowing me down and hampering performance, so I'm deleting it not. I appreciate it so much, I wouldn't have known, and hopefully this will help.

javasage, I had chrome last Spring and got rid of it. I hate it. I am still having problems again. I only have about 12 bookmarked puzzles and I just deleted about 20-30 of my old puzzles. So I will now try to see if I can open some puzzles without problems. Thanks for your input.

Chickie, I realized I should talk with you here, instead of hijacking someone elses jig! You wouldn't BELIEVE how many PAGES of bookmarks I have and those already solved, and have never had a problem because of that. I HAVE had lots of trouble with a particular flash player (not Adobe) and Chrome (which I plan to get rid of soon!). Anyhoo, all's well that ends with you solving jigs again! Glad you're back in "bidness"! Libby ;-)
