I'm a little behind on the puzzles, LJ, due to my trip to Chicago. I hope the water's gone down now for you. Bless you today!

Thank you very much, Pat.

Yes, IF, the house owners are very nervous! Many are packing up and moving to higher ground.

Nice photo laurajane. The house owners are probably a bit nervous, though.

Great picture thanks Laura

I just got home from 3 days of disaster relief work. Oh man, am I tired. No puzzles tonight. I have to go to bed!

Best of luck to you all, LJ!

We've been concerned about the flooding. When all that water gets down here to Louisiana there can be some big problems here! My prayers are with the people who live all along the Mighty Mississippi!

Great pic lauraj now this river looks like it is on the rise and will flood the area soon .....wish it would recede tho and not do it :-)))))))))

Good pic, lj. Have seen the Red River flood many times and it will do it again this year.

pumpkinhead

Hopefully, the water will receded before doing too much damage.

It's the Illinois, chickie.
I hate to say it but there is still a lot of water coming that way Laura. I don't live far from the fox river which runs into the Illinois river, and it is still high up here.
the Des Plaines river is also full up here. Hope all goes well there.

Hi Laura. What river is this? Hope it didn't go over.

One more day of working out in Meredosia, then back to my regular job tomorrow.

Thank you, Sally, Patti, Robyn and Gladstone!

Hopefully the river will hold and never reach the sandbags.... Thanks for the visual of what's happening there... Take care Laura.... :) :)
