It isn't upside down, just twisted around. We had a blind lamb, once, also a 5 legged calf!

Apparently it has no bad effect on him, he eats and sleeps normally and according to a vet is not in any kind of pain!

Oh My. That makes my neck hurt just thinking about it! LOL
