That's amazing, a rubber substance that is biodegradable. Never heard of it. I hope it works quickly so animals do not have the chance to think it is food.

They were earth-friendly balloons and cards.

They are pretty when released, but are one of the most hazardous things we can do for wildlife as the get caught in throats and lungs of marine creatures who think they are food.
