boris - amur leopard

Snow leopards are white in winter but Amurs never turn white. They are from the same part of the world, although I think snows live in higher elevations and farther north. Amurs are extremely rare. The Oregon Zoo has two now I hope will be bred some day.

What is the difference between an amur leopard and a snow leopard...they look very similar?
