Theme Money This is from WW II Pacific Theater

As a coin collector and World War II buff, I am very happy to see these. Will try to find these on line to copy and add to my "collection".

This money was printed by the Japanese Govt. to be used in countries that they conquered during WWII. The pound note was to be used in Australia--that one didn't quite work out right for them. The pesos were for the Philippines, to the best of my knowledge. They may have been used there. Some GI brought these back to the U.S. Can't remember exactly how I ended up with them.
