Looks peaceful indeed Susanm22, but I can assure you that it`s no fun biking with cold snow flying in your face. I know from experience:))) Since I don`t have a car my bike is my only mode of transport. But usually I don`t mind, no need to pity me. It isn`t a lot of fun when there`s a hard cold wind blowing though, I`m going to be a pensioner this year:))))
this pudgy person salutes you! i've talked about retiring to a small town (with no hills) and riding my bicycle to the store and on errands, but i'm not sure i would totally give up a car, especially in rain and snow. this picture just caught my eye. silently pedaling through the snow looks peaceful.
Thank you Susanm22. I`m riding my bicycle in all kinds of weather too. It`s a mode of transportation, it gets you from A to B:)))) All ages as well, up to 90 years old :))))
it's so awesome to me that the Europeans are totally committed to riding their bicycles-not just in good weather. hopefully the rider's close to home and can get warm and dry. it's a nice picture.
