Corcovado Train Car - Rj

I don't think I have any of his recordings, but I know his work. He was a master, of course, and is still much revered here in the US. There are so many great guitarists that name him as an impetus, a reason they chose the instrument.

I am not so "cultured" and tend toward more jazz and "pop" oriented. From Brazil I've enjoyed Tamba Trio and Bonfa and Gilberto, of course... Too many to name, I guess. :>)

I agree oddio. Do you like Villa Lobos too?

Hard to pick a favorite... but Bossa Nova still rules at my house. And it's hard for any other composer to catch up with Jobim.
