Hester, I'm glad that somehow this puzzle managed to bring back some fond memories for you. I went to a boarding school for three years but because I lived less than a half mile from it, I didn't board. I would have loved to have been able to though.

Hi Wendy! That's the one. It was from the gang shows, entertainment for the troops and public way back when. We have an old sit com called "It ain't half hot , mum" which ran for years and this song was a regular in it. I have fond memories of watching it with my parents on weekends home from boarding school. :-))

Hester, it would be nice if a few people would step down from the leader board and let you take one of their places. I don't understand why no one ever offers to do that.
