I love this one Jan. I too tried crayons once, but I never continued with it 'cos they didn't come out as beautiful as this one. These are gorgeous kaleidos. I specially like the pearly middle one. Thanks so much. :)))
My best friend and I always use the crayon name to describe colors when we are painting! And, one of my bathrooms is painted "periwinkle", mariasha's fave color :)
Honey, I'm so old, I barely remember anything about my early artsy-ness...but I do remember that "periwinkle" was my favorite crayon color....still is a fave color.
Ardy, I made this puzzle about 8 months ago! I just never got to it before now. The source image was a handful of crayons that were in a circle. I made other puzzles that I posted and even a single. But, I forgot all about them. Sorry I can't find the image. But, it was just one image to make all of them!
Mariasha - you, of all people, must have a crayon story! I just know you used them to great and talented effect as a child! Thanks so much!!
No, not few pieces in the medium size. This was perfect. I loved it. I didn't make the board but I loved the challenge of needing to pay close attention to tiny details. 8:25 for me. But don't change a thing. Thanks, Jan. It's great.
Have you thought of giving a link to the original in the description? That's assuming they are all from the same source of course.
Thank you! So glad you stuck with it, Barb. I made the small one even smaller today because of the difficulty rating. (it was a 5 lol) You made the board, though! (unlike me on most of your puzzles :-( )
My goodness, Jan, this was a little toughie! But some gorgeous images here. Looks like there are some fancy beads making up some of them, and in the bottom left, almost looks like kernels of corn. Thanks for a lovely puzzle! :-)
