OK, one more comment before I go sleep. All of our beloved pets, no matter the type of critter, will all be waiting beside the Rainbow bridge for us to join them again! They choosed us!
And Feralina, too. And Cookie, Toomey, Chloe, Chester, Sheba, Me Too, Aaron, Sneaker, Eilish, and all the others that have ownded me. Kirsten, I had the same issue with Cookie (I told her story on her puzzle last night). Four sweet calico kittens, and a ginger one for good measure. She was a great mom, as I'm sure Arky was.
Now I know for a fact that Arky and Jawz are playing together, biding their time...We will see them them again, when its time. That knowledge warms my heart. I hope it warms yours!
Oh, that's so sweet of you Deborah. It's funny you know. His mother was a stray that we adopted. She seemed unusually fat for a stray. 5 weeks later, we had 7 puppies! LOL When I finally got strong enough to give them away, I kept finding myself saying to potential owners "not him". I don't remember specifically making the decision to keep him, but somewhere deep inside I must have decided to. It was meant to be.
And no, he didn't look like this. He was mostly white with red freckles, and a big dopey grin, full of love for me. And I loved him back! Thanks so much for posting this for me. It was really lovely of you. :)))
