Hi Suzy, it looks like spring but it doesn't smell like it! No one can beat nature for that wonderful spring smell! I am already looking forward to it:)) How was New Year eve for you? We went to a movie (Skyfall) and on the way home we stopped for dinner. We managed to stay half awake till midnight, lights out after that:)) Have a great day.
The gardens were opened in 1977 at the cost of 9 million dollars. They were in bad need of repairs so they were closed in 2008 and reopened in June 2012 at the tune of 37 million dollars! A downtown oasis:)
