Dogdaze

I'm not so sure I'd feel secure spending the rest of my days in a confined space with Squirty.......unless someone comes up with some kind of 'doggie chastity belt'.....

Surreal_Heidi

You could still shoot DogDaze and Patsquire out in a rocket into space. The fact that Lelabuga was a trick is irrelevant to that mission. I like the idea of them spending the rest of their lives chewing on each other's legs and scratching fleas. A fit ending to both.

lelabugosi

Yes....fine, upstanding, and radiantly handsome (in a luminous sort of way).....

pdevredis

Completely plausible--after everything that the squirt said, I don't blame poor Lelabuga for going someplace else, where it might be made welcome, and treated civilly, and with the respect and affection such a fine, upstanding planet deserves!

cakes1947

OK, that sounds plausible!! :))))

lelabugosi

Granny may have played a prank on me, but I still firmly believe in the existence of Lelabuga..............It has simply moved to other regions of the galaxy.....

cakes1947

Aaawwwwww I was cheering for you as I read along & then came to the disappointing realization that LELABUGA is no more ..... sigh
(time, 2:36)

gemstone

Alas, a shattering of dreams.

juneshone

naughty Nana!

Elfie

Ohhhh what a pity, it was SO exciting!!

sweetlittleoldgranny

'TWAS ME, 'TWAS ME!..........I stuck a picture of Lela to the end of the telescope...........LELABUGA IS NO MORE!...HEE-HEE!!........

juneshone

are you sure a dust bunny, biscuit crumb etc hasn't got into your telescope?

jangel

Maybe if you peel the sticker of yourself off the end of the telescope you can return to your otherworldly pursuits!....

lelabugosi

Well, I continue to be amazed at my own amazement!.......Wherever I point my telescope, the only thing I see is LELABUGA!......It would appear, indeed does appear, that the PLANET has entered into a symbiotic relationship with my telescope!.........Lelabuga must be closer to us than I had imagined!...

Dogdaze

WOOF!...........I will gladly accompany you Mr.Le-Squirt......but I can assure you I will be returning ALONE!.....

Elfie

Remember some equipment so you can tell us what you discover!!!

Elfie

It's so very exciting!! When do you go P-squire?

belaminx

Could be an amazing place to bury bones....

juneshone

Sic him boy! Remember where that tender bit is in his leg?

juneshone

Ooh Lela, what a big Planet you have!

patsquire

Let's see.......if I led an expeditionary expedition.......and I took Dogdaze along, locked in a lower-deck compartment for safety.......then when we got there if there is no atmosphere on this ugly moonlet, or planeturd.......I could let Dogdaze out to blaze the trail, so to speak.......and in a few minutes, maybe even less, he'd suffocate completely to death (in a most satisfying, enjoyably agonizing manner, heh, heh).......and we could leave his wretched overly-toothy body there when we return! YEP, I'LL DO IT!

lelabugosi

was-never-chomping-furniture..........you certainly make a convincing case there, as you delve into the archives.........(I thought the Bugosi Shuttle was still drifting in space!)........we shall have to see......
pd-thingy......did I say "dismay"?.....Oh yes, so I did!.......It should read "surprise".......(my fingers sometimes wander about the keyboard without my knowledge)......Lelabuga could indeed be populated by Bugosis - I shall send some signals, using our family code......

pdevredis

But, but, but--why was it "to my utter dismay" that you discovered this amazing and glorious and awe-inspiring planet?! Were you afraid that you might find hundreds--nay, thousands!--of your relatives there, and have to start a whole new chronicle of their fantastic and unbelievable adventures? How exhausting that would be--I can understand if that was the cause of your dismay, since you are such a dedicated and comprehensive chronicler!

grannygoatlady

I very much agree with Tubby-Marsupial, we need to organize a scientific expedition to do scientific exploration...And The Maestro has the perfect transportation at the Bugosi Air Museum...B.A.M.

AND!!! I believe we can prevail upon Madam Bugosi to set aside her knitting and become, once again, the intrepid flyer she once was....

http://www.jigidi.com/puzzle.php?id=8ABE4TYM

lelabugosi

That is simply a trick of the light, precious-pebble......a trick of the light.....

gemstone

Although, I must say Lelabuga does look a bit "cheesey"...

thecolonel

Anybody hungry??......

Dogdaze

WOOF!.......Not so sure that I want to go.......

Plumpossum

I move that we organize an exploratory expedition to this new "planet" and put P-Skewd in charge of it. He can take Dogdaze along to sniff out anything interesting.

patsquire

I'da thunk you was right, jiggy, but he CLAIMS it ain't a moon.

jignut

Oh.

lelabugosi

No, no,no.......it's in the sky!!........

jignut

YES! I see it now! How could I have missed it?. It's next to Uranus!

lelabugosi

Bah, humbug!......

patsquire

Woo-hooo! Thank you kindly, miss Trudy!

TrudyTai

petsquire, I think your one-up-man-ship won this round. LOL

patsquire

Well, it could be a planetoid, which in this case would be pronounced planeturd.

lelabugosi

.......(with a big 'B')!........

lelabugosi

AH!...So you return with a flourish of facetiousness and foolish fancies!.....'tis not a moon.....'TIS NOT A MOON, I say with the conviction of my conscience!.....'Tis a newly discovered marvel of nature, in all its boundless glory!.....And you, Mr.LeSquirt are quite simply....A BUFFOON!.....

patsquire

Such knavery, such buffoonery, such b*llish*t. Such an ugly moon! I've been to two rodeos, a Texas bar-b-que and a Miss Nude Fat Alabama contest and I ain't NEVER SEEN an uglier moon!

lelabugosi

That's certainly the impression I got!.......

jcarroll

I'm sure that there's intelligent life on Lelabuga!

lelabugosi

Well, I don't know how they all missed it........such majesty, such glory, such brilliance......such.....ears!.........I am glad you have grasped the importance of this event!...

TrudyTai

How amazing you are to have spotted this when no one else ever has! And so well-named. Strut proudly, young man, strut proudly!

lelabugosi

Dear followers, it is with the utmost pride that I am able to announce the discovery of a brand new planet......by YOURS TRULY!......
Last night, I happened to be peering through the Bugosiscope, at the Bonga-Bonga Bugobservatory, when to my utter dismay there appeared before my eyes the beautiful image shown above (Bottom centre)......It would appear to be in the region of the moons of Jupiter, and is here placed alongside them (along with our own moon and the planet Mercury) in order to demonstrate its size.....
Lelabuga (for I have named it so) is without doubt a beautiful planet, with well-defined features that show definite signs of life........Note the slight protuberance on the left of our image, which is probably a majestic mountain, but would suggest to the imagination the tip of a perfectly formed ear.......Then again, the massive craters in the centre remind one of two inquisitive eyes, piercing the veil of space and penetrating the ultimate mysteries of the universe.......
I for one, am left in awe at the sheer beauty of the spectacle!.....
