We so regretted this evening that we only have "dumb" cell phones. We were returning home and saw the moon quite close to the horizon, in the east, and it was huge! And it had a somewhat squatty shape. It is only an illusion, when it appears like we saw it this evening, but spectacular, never the less. ; )

Nice moody photo, PLG - the Beaver Moon with great clouds. Too many clouds to see Jupiter which is just north of the moon tonight and very bright.
