Nope they tell me that it is supposed tu be like that!
Somethng looks awry here...
Well that's a good cost cutter.
My point exactly, lyndee!
Morris, I put plain popcorn into a paper lunch bag, slighty tape up the end. Put it in the microwave and get wonderful popcorn.......not an engineer, but I'm just saying.....
I know, one company I worked at I saw tu different engineers totally mess up microwave popcorn. That became the joke. How many engineers does it take tu make a bag of popcorn? Answer: we don't know it hasn't happened yet!
My husband was an engineer, and he told me for ten years (count 'em) that a huge dead tree in our front yard was just dormant and would green up in the spring...just sayin'...
Thank you, Pat!
It does seem odd they would do that but I'm not an engineer either. Thanks for the update Morris
I am not an engineer pumpkin! It seemed tu hold the logging trucks that crossed while I was there! In theory it makes sense, it just seems like tu much of an angle tu me.
So THEY say, morris. Do ya believe them? :)
Thanks chickie, I was surprised it took a couple of weeks, but they did get back tu me!
Way to go. Glad you heard from the morris.
Thanks, Ank and jan!
Nice shot, and good info about the bridge.
It's my bed time, but I like to hear good news before I go, so thanks. Have a nice day.
Thanks lyndee, I agree.
Thank you Morris for the update. Better safe than sorry.
I know, I thought so myself, but now I know. I would have felt terrible if it were not right and something happened. He was very thankful tu be notified.
I did get a reply from the State engineer. The tu exterior pilings are supposed tu be like that. They are battered tu better handle any lateral ice flows.
