Kaleidoscope of a photograph I took of a vintage car on display at a car show in Dampier, Western Australia in Sept 2010. I don't know what make, model or year it is but it was a little beauty.

Thanks, Mr O. I didn't realise at the time but it would have been a good idea to take a larger sized photograph the better to zoom in for clearer details. It's only 640 x 480! The "corrugation" shows on this shot but not on one of another angle of it so I'm not sure if it's real or a reflection from another vehicle. Guess it'll have to remain anonymous :-)

Never any doubt in our minds of your alive and kickingness, dear friend :-) And yes, you may have mentioned that a time or three LOL. Love to you, ya great clown :-)

foxymoron

So it does! I wondered why I thought it was good for a car pic! Thanks, Snooker :-)

foxymoron

Thanks, Michelle. I'm not usually this creative with frames :-)

foxymoron

Thanks, Kirsten :-) Poifect? Don't go all Yankee Doodle on me, mate!

Neat kaleidoscope, Chrissie. I can't tell the make of the car from that pic in the corner. The arrangement of the radiator, headlights, etc, was pretty common. The radiator frame appears to be sort of "corrugated"? That should be a clue.

Even if I am always late solving your jigs, thought it was past time to make sure you knew I was still alive and kicking jig! ;-))) I always, always (did I mention always?) love solving them...big grins when I see you've posted! Thank you sweet Ms C! ;-)))

Turned out great, Foxy. Frame looks like tire treads.

Cool kaleido! Love the framing too.

Interesting kaleido, Chrissie! And poifect framing! Thanks very much. :)))

LOL... they do resemble eyes! Thanks, Rob.
The way you're pointing in your profile pic makes me think of a future pollie ;-) "Vote me for me!!!"

foxymoron

Easiest way in the world :-) Thanks, Shirley. I hoped the frame would look suitably engine-ish.

This is interesting!! I love all the eyes... er... headlights!! The thumbnail didn't do it justice - it's fascinating!! Thanks Chrissie.

Chrissie, this is a fun and easy way to fill the garage with vintage cars, love your choice of framing, very artistic, good one Chrissie, Thanks. :):)

You're welcome, DelSol and thank you too. It looks rather gloomy in the thumbnail view but it is quite a pleasant piece when seen in full size.

foxymoron

Thanks, Patti. It is a rather different view. Speaking of which, wait'll you see what I did to Mount Rushmore!

DelSol2

Thank you, Foxy. That is really quite pretty and intriguing! :)
