I know there are lots of them, Pumpkinhead. And you should not forget to keep your eye on your own duck during the race :-)@ JiggyB: My my my, it is really a worldwide thing :-) Someone must have gotten that idea to raise some money and in no time, it's a success.
They do the ducks in Oregon, too. Our premier college football team is the U of Oregon "Ducks!"
Just chillin'. Waiting to raise money for a good cause.Them be lots of ducks, starlord!
They all got glasses, Nellies... You just don't see it when they turned their back towards you.Nope Shuttertimestwo, no goose. That would be cheating :-)

@ Goingsilver: Awww, last? What a lazy duck that was :-)@ Bentleyd: Glad you like it. Want to sponsor one?
Lovely fun puzzle, cute little things:-)
We have duck races here in the UK too, though I have never seen one with this number of ducks! The last duck I sponsored came in last....
Then it's a worldwide thing :-) I thought it was only done over here. It's indeed a duck race like you described so well. It's a fun thing, to see people rooting for a plastic duck...
They drop ducks like these here in the Snake River for duck races every year; ducks have numbers on the bottom and people pay to sponsor a duck, raise $ for charity. Thanks for your fun posts.
