My picture of Venus crossing the sun

Brie1648 I used a welders mask that I sat in front of my camera. Took lots of picture than stopped went inside to download to computer to see if I was getting anything and there it was. Awesome

No Brie next time is in 106 years so none of us will ;-)

Awesome picture - thank you. I love the colour! did you use a special filter? We hadn't a hope of seeing it - we were covered in thick cloud that morning. How I envy you seeing such an amazing event and I sure won't be around for the next transit!! LOL!!

Sissel your welcome. I watched it for a long time. From start to almost finish til things started getting into my way. My last picture looks like Pac Man. Maybe I will post it tomorrow.
