I guess the third season is starting in CA. First you have the wet season and everything is green. Then you have the brown season when things dry up and then you have the black season when someone throws a butt out the window and the place goes up in smoke. I always loved the black season it took me an extra hour or two to get either to or from work. Glad everything is under control and all is safe Plumpster.

Plumpossum - you had a close call. Your photos had lovely colors - sobering when I realized the source was actually fire. Awfully glad the wind didn't turn & you are safe.
