SunnyBarb these,to my knowledge are grown and sold as house plants only,here.
This one stayed in its pot and went to 'Arthur's Nursery' until it flowered the second time.

Rebecca,'Arthur's Nursery' is a joke between us. It consists of a long plank,across
four,water saving drums,outside. It is in a sheltered position though.

Janet it is a beautiful Plant. Arthur has green fingers and gets plants and cuttings to grow. I don't have the patience,would rather just buy a new one. Lol ! Hugs. :))

It's a beauty Maureen, thank you :) I had them planted in ground in Florida also and they bloomed every year in April and May :)

So delicately colored! A cousin used to send us an amaryllis bulb every Christmas - various colors over the years. In Florida my parents could transplant them to their yard, but I never was able to get one to re-bloom indoors. Thanks for the memories.
