It's absolutely beautiful Rob, so this is where you live, lucky you!
Thanks Laura :)Hello Shirley!! You'd get lost in all the new tunnels & fly-overs now - & it's grown quitw a bit in 40 years!
Hello Brisbane, hello Rob, as a teenager, I traveled by train to Brisbane regularly, but it's been 40 years since I've been there, lots of change over those years.
A beautiful city, Robyn.
Thanks lyndee - it's a bit damp at the moment - we need some sun!!No gemstone - I live about 7 or 8kms to the south of here - bottom of pic is south.Chookie the stadium is The Gabba - in the suburb of Woolloongabba - cricket & Aussie Rules mainly get played there. I think our population is around 2.5 million in the greater area.
I've never been to Brisbane, rob, it's actually bigger than I thought it would be. What is your stadium used for? Cricket, football, rugby?
Can I see your house from up here? :)))
Very nice view of your town Robyn.
Yep - everything is upside down pg, & the river flows backwards - twice a day !! How do we do it?? Guess we are just smart or crazy!!! Thanks pg :)))
