This is a great parable in the caliber of our inspired teachers: Egyptians, Hebrew scholars, Jesus, Mohammed, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Jr.: Compassionate humanitarianism should always outweigh sectarian violence and dissension. I wish this were truer here in my own USA, where all too often the protesters might just let the police bleed to death on the sidewalk as he is stepped over. I believe one of those aforementioned spoke a parable about a Good Samaritan.
