These kaleidos are created by me using images which are freely available on several internet sites. After I have manipulated a section of the image I add texture, depth and colour changes. The software used is predominantly CorelDraw but I do use several other programmes including Kaleider and Liquib.

I hope you have as much fun solving these puzzles as I had creating them . . . :D)

Thank you Ardy . . . :D)

Thank you for the info . . . I remember the assassination of Martin Luther King Jnr and the ensuing riots . . . if memory serves me correct it was in the late 60s. It hadn't registered that the inauguration was being held on MLK day, even though I saw on the American news last night that Obama would be using 2 bibles for the oath, one being King's and the other being that of Abraham Lincoln

Tortoiseshell! With embossed semi-Celtic patterns. That's what it looks like to me. not even vaguely a sand dollar! LOL.
This is a stunning puzzle, Trouble! It is bright, compact in it's design and a delight to solve. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!!

Good evening, Su. These are all gorgeous tonight - well it's mid afternoon for me. I think 1274 is my favorite. The pink won out over the beautiful colors in 1272. I'm not sure what 1273 is supposed to be but it's very pretty. This one glows. I like the neon colors - orange and blue. Thank you for a great set. Really enjoyed these.

Tomorrow is a public holiday honoring the life of Martin Luther King, Jr., a black Civil Rights activist and preacher who gave an impressive speech at the Lincoln Memorial "I have a dream" He was assassinated - I've forgotten the year - I remember it was in spring. I was out of town and didn't know until I saw a newspaper at the check out counter of the motel. Blacks in Washington went on t\a rampage - burned buildings, broke windows, looted, rioted - Washington,D.C. was a mess. His birthday I believe was January 15 (or 16) but here we celebrate almost all holidays on a Monday to make a long weekend. This year his "birthday" happens to also be inauguration day.
The Constitution calls for the swearing in to be on Jan. 20 thus that ceremony today. But the really big bash is tomorrow. If I find any of my "facts" to be wrong, I'll correct them for you tomorrow.

Have a good night. (((HUGS))) (I could have sworn that was you on T&F)
