Mandy, I don't usually like most textures that people use, so I combined some things that weren't really textures, but became a texture after a lot of playing around.
Actually, Pat. I looked at the pieces in a test run (before actually posting as a public puzzle) and even then, they looked better than they do now. HOWEVER, in the larger version which I then tweaked, the pieces really do look better (Wendy13 alias).
And yes, I was really pleased with my creations from yesterday. It's the most pleased I've been in quite some time. :-)
Yes, there's a great texture (burlap, maybe?) that Jigidi just doesn't do justice to in this photo, let alone the thumbnail! But the solves are certainly coming in, so people are checking it out for themselves! Cool puzzle, Wendy!
