Unfortunately there is so much space between branches that the protection is not what it was when we first moved here. We need to replace some trees but I really don't want to lose the protection they have now, even if it is getting thin.

The birds must love the big evergreens. They can take shelter in there during a storm. So pretty, roseheather!

TS - on my FB page I posted some of the storm pictures and said "The storm fist ...", meaning, of course, "The storm first ... " LOL For some who don't like the snow I guess it would be a storm fist that brought all that white stuff. ; )
