Mandy - it took me some time to solve your puzzle, but I just had to - and it was worth the time.
A fabulous, honest, whimsical, detailed - and a lot of us agree : Puzzles first, and cleaning is done when time allows...(or something).

While I don't know the background, the story is absolutely delightful! How wonderfully inventive and whimsical, Mandy! I just love all the details...it brought a smile to my face. :-)
