1957 1390cc Hillman Minx at Castle Hill, Lincoln - 8th Jun 2008

My dad had one, bought in Germany 1957. We drove all over Europe every August from Gibraltar, Surrento to Bergen in Norway. Eventually sold it after our next posting in Singapore in '63. Its only incident was a bent number plate caused by a flying turnip from a passing tractor!

I can see she looked after it ;-)
