Thank you punkie.
Could never be mad at you young man.
I hope you all have fun making sunset pictures and do not get too mad at me for making you go through all that trouble.
Wonderful color, chickie.
Copy and paste morris.
Oh no, I thanked pg on the wrong puzzle!
Thank you tex, young man, laura and Winston.
Thank you for the info young man. Now I will have to purchase a graduated neutral density filter.
Great sunset Leona!
Really pretty shot, chickie! I didn't know any of that, PG. Thank you for the lesson.
Nice picture of your sunset young lady.
Morris the problem with taking a lovely sunset as you see it happens because your eyes can see many more stops then your camera so the way that they get those lovely sunsets, the ones you remember is by doing one of two things.
First they do multi shots, keeping the f-stop constant and varying the shutter speed, and join them together to form an image that you like or
Two. Use a graduated neutral density filter and expose a few stops more open to get the dark parts to become brighter. Nothing for a man of your caliber Morris.
Wow what a beautiful sunset.
Great picture Chickie :)
This is one of your best, CM, a perfect winter sunset. Thanks.
Thank you Graciela and Hanne.

Why are they so hard tu photograph? Maybe pg can help us out?
Thank you jcarroll and morris.
How do you know that I don't delete 99.9 percent of mine morris? Don't be so hard on yourself. When I take a sunset, I take atleast 15 or 20 pics, then I go through them and pick out 1.
Doesn't get more awesome than this!! Thanks for sharing
Beautiful, chickie! I am so jealous of your sunset photos!! I mess 99.9 percent of mine up! Thanks!
