This quay is mainly used by pleasure boats, although the occasional fishing boat does tie up. The Ship Inn, in the background, announces above the door that they have been serving ale and food since 1850.

Hi everyone, I like the comment above the door about serving food and ale since 1850 so a well established pub. There was also a comment that they serve 'real ale' which is very popular in the UK. I like the look of the area somewhere nice to relax on a warm day which is not today, bright but still cold. Plenty of chimneys in this selection Joyce which I know you are enjoying. Thanks...Sue
