Afternoon Snack

Around here, Lulu, we call them Norwegian Rosettes. My mother-in-law had a Norwegian restaurant and they were served with sherry custard and strawberries . . . . yummy!

So comforting on a cold winter morning !! My grandma was Norwegian and used to make waffle-like yummies like the ones in your puzzle. I'll have to ask my brother what she called them... I like the coziness of this setting. Thanks, tg.
