This morning I made the mini quiche with my mini piemaker ..... I used the small canned biscuits as that is all I had on hand. The filling was egg, milk, oinions, green pepper. smoked sausage and cheese. Then I topped them with a little more cheese. They were delicious, but I do believe the next time I try them I will use the bigger biscuits. Forgot I add some tomato too

Thanks Pat, but probably the 2 biscuits was little, for me must use at least two pieces /slices/ of bread

Ohhhhh these look scrumptious, Pat! You did a great job. I think I will swing by for a quiche, a cup of tea and a chat! :o)

Yes I do ... These are the leftovers .... Thanks Beekay

dondi

They look great - and your mini maker turns them out in a perfect single-serving size. I'll have to look around for some different baking tins...

Beekay

They do look good. I've noticed a number of people have tried the recipe and posted their happy results. Do you have any left-overs???

pkin38

Thanks Roseheather ... Have to try the crustless ... I think there is a recipe in my cook book on how the prepare the mini piemaker for it ...

roseheather

Looks wonderful.

I make a crustless quiche, which I began using when one of our relatives discovered he was diabetic. I do not put milk in any of my quiches, since then, since that particular recipe didn't call for any.

pkin38

Thanks Katie ... They were really yummy
