Here we have one of the official wedding photos of the beautiful couple.......As it will be noted, Norbert has slipped out of his Superman costume and, at the insistence of the blushing bride, put on a formal suit, which is more suitable for the occasion and probably suits him also, as well, too......
Adonisette has been compared to Morilyn Manroe in all her glory, and here it is easy to see why - she
displays her feminine charms in a charmingly feminine way........Norbert has been compared to Parry Hotter, and is tipped to be the next big heart-throb of the silver-screen.......even though he has no intention of ever becoming an actor, as his job at the Bugosi broom-handle factory keeps him happily occupied from dawn till dusk........
The charismatic couple are now on their moneyhoon, touring the neighbouring islands of Little-Bonga, Gnob-Gnob, Bangazamongo, Titambotia, and the land of the Nomi-Nomi..........We wish them well.......

twobats.......Since when do microchips have batteries?

twoclubs

CL : What? Your normal pouty face is now a twisted pouty face? Was it the penetration, er insert? umm, er, uh, of the microchip? Perhaps they put it in too tight?

juneshone

get out! I haven't got them on!

lelabugosi

A search is underway...............

Summer's coming - wax up your surfboard!! and dust off your outboard!!

jignut

This reminded me of PSquirty's bundling board...the one with the little hole in it. I wonder if he is still carrying it around....hoping.

Elfie

I would prefer a skate board - if anyone should ask....!!

lelabugosi

HMPH!!...........I HEARD THAT!..........

patsquire

Does it have lelabug's picture on it?

juneshone

i have a dart board for sale

patsquire

How could such a literate mob have forgotten the Scrabble Board . . . . . . . ?

grannygoatlady

My vote is on Ouija Board.....I see, in the distant future, everyone will be bundling, joggling, ironing, pegging, and etc.... Ad nauseam, Asafoetida, Aspidistra, After all, and So and So Forth.....

gemstone

A bored board? All aboard!

twoclubs

and just plain bored! O !

juneshone

Elfie

Those who seek should find....!!

lelabugosi

Well, I must say, that was all very fascinating............such knowledge cannot fail to enlighten those whose minds dwell in the dark (or at least semi-obscure) regions of blissful ignorance........
Joggle boards......Bundle boards....Monopoly boards.......all so useful yet useless........amazing indeed....

juneshone

Well I would just like to make mention of the outfit worn by Tatinha. I wanted to include it in yesterday's wedding garb but my Editor needed half of my page for his wife's top 6 cow-heel recipes, hope she enjoyed them. personally I thought they were for glue making. Well back to Tatty who wasn't. She looked truly juicy in an amazing towering turban made of fruit. Her long sarong looked as if it had been painted on in a wonderful jungle flower design and she wore totteringly high wedge heels. All outshone by a wide sunny smile. She reminded me of someone but I can't quite remember whom. Every time that dratted bird flapped its wings in her direction she made a twisting motion with her hands and put on a 'makemyday' smile. All in all she was the hit of the day, apart from the blushing bride that is

Plumpossum

Come hither, all ye who seek enlightenment, for here thou shalt find it in abundance. Or redundance. Or something.

david06520

Joggle boards them is southern specially Carolinian
Bundle board them is yankee specially Puritanical
Joggle boards don't work cause the daddy is waiting with his blunderbuss in the drawin room
Bundle boards don't work cause there is two people involved
That's the folklorical lesson fer today

twoclubs

yes and I do believe you are correct pd!

pdevredis

Ah, a joggle bench, of which I have not heard ever before, is a wonderful creation, probably leading to many procreations, which is, of course, the opposite effect of a bundling board, which is definitely anti-creation. It's much preferred, I have no doubt, and certainly better suited to a honeymoon, although a pouffy mattress and a down-filled quilt would be even more conducive to connubial relations and convoluted gyrations with lots of combinations and permutations than any sort of bench, I do believe......

teamac

I am glad AuntiA convinced Norbert to dress formally for the photos. They both look smashing .
I must say I learn alot on this site. I had never heard of a bundling board....had to Google that one :^)
Am enjoying the Wedding updates and am glad the intruder did not ruin the day Adonisette and Norbert.

twoclubs

Oh pd you must think about it because now I am thinking about it and wondering if I could lend a club or two to be fashioned into a broom once the gloom is back from honey's moon? Don't ya think? And I think too that a bunky board might suffice so as to slip the bundling board out and or replacing it with a joggle bench? You do know, have heard of, used a joggle bench yes?

Oh, Lela, how soon do the festivities finish. My stockings ran off and my legs are itchy and my girlish girdle is getting so tight with all the wedding soup and cakes and bones off the beef or is it beef of bone or bonefish? I am confuzzled as the padtole pine is taking affect, effectively. But oh, it has been glorious! A wonderful affair. A beautiful soon to be parental wedding couple. And I just adore twins! I do! The tears splash down my cheeks. Sniff Sniff. Someone hand me a Hand Kerchief.

pdevredis

GGLady, maybe the broom is like a bundling board, just not as effective, if a bundling board can be said to be effective in the first place, which I doubt, after all, when you think about it, which I rarely do, actually......

lelabugosi

You're welcome, thousands-of-cakes.....Hee-Hee!..........

Elfie

That broom is Varda's - she needs it for her and her dog to go back home!! Take another if you absolutely MUST, but be careful whose it is!! Somebody might need it for going home too!!

cakes1947

Lovely picture of the newly weds!! I like this gown even better than the other one & Norbert looks absolutely dashing in his tux! Thanks Lela! :)))))
(time, 1:59)

lelabugosi

I think it must be the custom in Kentucky...................

grannygoatlady

And how does the broom work as a contraceptive?....Are they told to hold on to it at bedtime.... and do absolutely nothing else?..................

Surreal_Heidi

Hand me that broom! I'll keep that couple from ever reproducing and perpetuating that hideous line!

lelabugosi

Hanne-without-pipe.........we have now found a closet washed ashore.........someone must have thrown it out to sea........
pd-whateveritis.......I shall pass on your best wishes........I wonder which one of them their children will take after?.............

pdevredis

Oooh, she looks so lovely, and he looks ravishing, appropriately enough. May they live long and prosper, stock their wine cellar/basement/dungeon/bat cave/whatever with cases of tadpole wine, and have many little sets of identical fraternal twins.......

lelabugosi

Fear not, Plumpy!........A dozen broomsticks have been washed up on the shore of Little Bonga........Is yours the one with the teeth marks on the handle?.......
old-furniture-not-chomping-madam..........the invitations were made on the 'Wedding Invitation' puzzle - that is why it was called 'Wedding Invitation'.........being away is no excuse, and you cannot blame our non-existent postal service as it doesn't exist.........you are welcome to pop over and join in the after-wedding revelry, as it seems to be going on.....and on......and on.......
Thank you for the sentiment.......

Elfie

Varda, I put it in the closet with the other brooms - guess it's still there!! Thanks so very much dear - it's a very good one for both Cairo and you. It was nice that you really was able to come and join the party!!

grannygoatlady

Alas and alack...much to my sorrow, regret, and dismay, I have again arrived too late for festive festivities of the festival ilk.....

Having been away for a short sojourn and never having received and invitation (could it have been lost in the mail AGAIN?)....I did not know of the impending disaster....Oh! Oh! Oh!....I mean the impending celebration and revelry.....

However, though I have again been ignored, overlooked, snubbed, and unheeded, I offer this sentiment written by Lad Boron to the lovely (?) bride...........

"She walks in beauty, like the night. Of cloudless climes and starry skies; And all that's best of dark and bright. Meet in her aspect and her eyes"....though through those glasses, it's hard to tell....

Plumpossum

Has anyone seen my missing broomstick? It got lost on the way to the wedding, and with my possumcopter out of service, I really need my broomstick back.
