BIG bird bath or nice public fountain - depending on your species

I just love to jump in with the Birds, thank you , good puzzle..

Well, speaking as a representative of my species, I welcome her/his species to our beautiful fountain--there's room for enjoyment for both of us! And I love this photo--I can really feel that water cascading down the sides!
