Pat, you are just as smart as I am and you know it. The reason I've never cropped a piece out of a puzzle before is because I was worried about the compression. It has happened in the past where I tried doing it in a test run and didn't like it. BUT I've run a few tests lately and am now satisfied that at least some of the time, it doesn't hurt the puzzle that much.
Mandy, sometimes I think it's an advantage not feeling so well while creating puzzles. I don't have so many things running through my mind to distract me....seriously. So I can get down to business. lol
Thank you, Ardy. The flu is basically a mess....which is why I thought it fit the title.
Wendy, this is the prettiest flu I've ever seen. I'm so sorry you haven't been able to get rid of it yet. The puzzle is lovely but the flu is not. Thanks.
Wendy, I love this - I hate that you feel so bad - but to create this when you have the flu is spectacular!!!
That's a very good idea! There are times when I make something, especially on LunaPic, and I really like only a part of it, maybe because the rest isn't as nice, or because there are just too many competing images. For some reason I never just save it to crop later--I go on working, trying to make it better... Why aren't I smart like you?!
Pat, I was testing out different things last night, and in the test I got this one from, this was only a very small snippet from a much larger pic. I think I might do this a lot more often (make a normal sized 'test' and save a small portion of it).
Linda, I'm hoping it's not contagious...but at least I posted a warning. And I thank you for the compliment. :-)
whatnauts, sometimes you are so smart! :-)
I've never had a flu that was this pretty either. Now I'm going to decontaminate just in case the flu-bug is still lingering here.
I think it is great that you can think about things in such amazing pictures! Thanks...at least as long as it isn't contagious. I don't think I would be so grateful then... :)
The flu never looked so pretty when I had it! This is really beautiful!
Geeeez, people must be attracted to the flu. It just figures that Mr. Bugosi would solve this one, but Jon....you too?
Warning: This may be contagious.
