Why are you reporting this puzzle?

My friend who lives in Denver says she can't imagine having all the pretty flowers in bloom that I've been sending her. This is what they have! I'm so glad I live in Texas!

Mimi, it might be fun, but only for a little while. We're just Southern girls, and so couldn't stand extended periods of it like this! Thanks, dear, for your comment and for stopping by. Good to see you.

Wow, this would be too much for me!

texasstar7

Thanks, Elfie, they got more yesterday!

Elfie

Ohhhhhh, SO BAD!!! Thanks so very much tex!!

She misses a lot of Texas things, Warb. I can't imagine ever leaving here, especially a vast difference like Colorado! Although I spent a lot of time in Montana, even in winter, working, and loved every minute of it. Thanks, Roseheather and Warb. Maybe I'll keep this for a screensaver for summer!

warbler

In July we'd all be talking different about this photo. And, it really does look like starfish. i bet she misses Bluebonnets now. Thanks Tex

roseheather

I can understand since she is not used to it, ... but ; )

I do know that when we lived further north in MI, near Grayling, and went to friends' house in the springtime, it was such a treat since it had not yet been warmer where we lived. I can't imagine being tired of it now, however, since last winter we had so little snow. This is as much of an unusual year as last winter spring was. Apparently just the consequences of climate change. And certainly not pleasant, too dry last summer and overwhelmed in some areas with snow this time around.

Cookie, it's funny that you said, that's exactly what I told my friend, to pretend they were starfish at Galveston! They look like them. Mountain's right, it sucks! Thanks, Chickie, Cookie, Anitas, Brie & Mountain! Just so you don't forget...

mountain

The word is that really sucks enough is enough right!

Brie1648

oh that's not good...get out an old aerosol can and spray some PCB's into the air - it was warmer when we were ruining the atmosphere!

anitas

I don't want to see that 4 letter word again until at least Christmas.

JM_Cookie

Lets pretend we are looking at Star Fish in the warm shallow waters of the Gulf ...
There that is much better now

chickiemama

Now this is just not right. Those poor northerners.

texasstar7

You know, I love snow, but here it is near the end of April, and I believe I'd be so sick of it. My friend moved there from Dallas, so she isn't used to it either! Poor baby!

laurajane

Oh man, will it ever end?
