Now, these were cars!

I've adjusted to the subtle differences and can recognize most of them now; but I do so miss those beautiful 50s cars!

I agree completely,mgbeheler. Even most of us females knew the cars back then. I miss them a lot. Not only do they all look alike now, they also have no "style" like they did back in those days.

I remember when I could tell one brand of car from another with just a glance. Then, one day in 1967, I decided sorting them out was now more trouble than it was worth. Something called a "Javelin" looked exactly like another car - except for one little detail. They've all just been "cars" since then. But, the Mini-Cooper and a few others are beginning to bring the fun back!
