We have them all year, too, Sis. Did you borrow that snow from our northern Jidigi friends? Thanks for a great puzzle!

Thank you, Roseheather, you explained that much better than I could have! Fodus, we have robins all year and they are lovely birds. Nicky, love your poetry! Only one I know is the Raven by Poe! Thanks, everyone for stopping by.
The cold wind doth blow, and we shall have snow, and what will the robin do then, poor thing?!...
There's my robin!
Oh, and great picture, Texasstar. ; )
Animals/birds do adapt to changing tempertures. Good book: James Alexander Thom's Follow the River, which addresses the issue of adapting to cold, from an account of a real woman, Mary Ingles. Amazing how the real woman survived winter conditions as she was struggling to return to her home. So even humans can adapt.
Might be, but they know what to do. And there are birdhouses around here, too. Thanks!
Poor little bird! Isn't it too cold to stay out?
Hope he has lots of food to help keep him warm! Thanks, Morenamad.
Brave little guy!
